GENERAL LABORER/ WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary
Water restoration and general labor duties including removing and replacing water-damaged materials, setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property. Communicate with teammates and customers in a friendly, professional manner; follow safety and quality policies; drive the company vehicle to job sites; document progress using a phone or tablet; support management to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires ability to lift 50+ lbs, valid driver’s license, overtime availability, and may involve IICRC certifications or related experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Overtime and some holidays as needed
- IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
- 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred
- 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred
- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred
