Job Summary
Mold and Water Restoration Technician responsible for removing, replacing and repairing water-damaged materials; set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property; document drying progress on phone/tablet; collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction; follow safety and company policies; operate company vehicle; lift 50 lbs; requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation are preferred, with 1–2 years of structural restoration and 2–4 years of construction and customer service experience preferred. English is not required for this role; eligible to work in the US. Panama City Beach, FL location; full-time with overtime and holiday work expectations; comprehensive benefits and company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Overtime as needed
- Some holidays availability
- IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
- 1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred
- 2-4 years of Construction experience preferred
- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred
