Job Summary
Operate industrial power equipment including sweepers, scrubbers, forklifts, aerial lifts, and powered vehicles to clean factory floors and perform maintenance tasks. Execute grounds maintenance services such as landscaping and snow removal while using pneumatic, battery, and electric hand tools. Maintain a safe work environment by following all required safety regulations, protocols, and health standards. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a full-time second shift role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, either orally or in writing
- Must follow all health and safety requirements
- Good communication skills
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- High school diploma or GED
- Successfully pass training: Lock-Out-Tag-Out, Confined Spaces, Aerial Lifts, Forklift, Gator/Cart, Fall Protection, PPE, and Bloodborne Pathogens
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must pass pre-employment requirements as needed
