General Laborer - Utility Locating - Youngstown OH

Stake Center Locating is hiring entry level Locate Technicians to locate underground utilities, troubleshoot, and mark the ground (using paint and flags), promoting damage prevention in your community. We will train you on the job and equip you with the basic skills to be successful in our 100% paid training. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, with an ability to problem solve with speed and accuracy, and communicate effectively with peers, managers, and homeowners. Responsibilities include reading maps, interpreting blueprints, determining the best method and sequence for locating, using provided locate equipment and technology, and documenting tickets using a laptop. This is an entry-level field role with on-the-job training, a flexible schedule (some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays), and potential for growth.
