Job Summary

Perform general housekeeping, facility upkeep, and grounds maintenance throughout the site, including moving materials and organizing storage areas. Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, equipment inspections, and troubleshooting support while accurately completing checklists and reporting observations. Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and required training, wearing PPE at all times. Maintain awareness of surroundings and stop work to report unsafe conditions. This role requires a Class A CDL Hazmat license and involves working in inclement weather near moving mechanical parts. The position demands lifting up to 125 pounds and includes weekends, evenings, and regular overtime. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass all customer- and site-required background checks and maintain any required certifications
  • Ability to successfully complete all required site-specific safety orientation and training programs
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow written procedures, checklists, and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
  • Ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
  • Excellent stamina
  • Ability to work on or near moving mechanical parts
  • Ability to work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
  • Ability to work in high, precarious places
  • Ability to be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Ability to participate in all required safety meetings and training

  • Ability to assist with scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, belt inspections, and minor adjustments as trained and directed
  • Ability to assist with equipment inspections and report abnormal conditions, leaks, unusual noises, or safety concerns immediately
  • Ability to support the Facility Operations Technician during troubleshooting and repair activities
  • Ability to participate in scheduled maintenance shutdowns
  • Ability to accurately complete assigned checklists, inspection forms, and maintenance records
  • Ability to report completed work, observations, and any issues to the Facility Operations Technician daily
  • Ability to escalate significant issues to the Branch Operations Manager as appropriate
  • Ability to perform general housekeeping and cleaning throughout the facility
  • Ability to maintain grounds, walkways, and exterior areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
  • Ability to move, stage, and organize materials, parts, and supplies as directed
  • Ability to keep tools, shop areas, and storage areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Ability to assist with waste handling and disposal in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to follow all company safety policies and applicable site and customer safety requirements
  • Ability to follow OSHA, environmental, and all other applicable safety regulations

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in general labor, construction, agriculture, warehousing, or industrial environments
  • Experience assisting with equipment maintenance or repair
  • Forklift operation experience or certification
  • Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, conveyors, or similar industrial equipment
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in industrial maintenance and facility operations
