Job Summary
Assist with residential and commercial remodeling, repair, and general construction projects by performing basic carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks. Complete unit turnovers, general property repairs, and exterior maintenance including seasonal duties like snow removal. Operate hand and power tools safely while maintaining organized vehicles, work areas, and material inventory. Accurately document completed work using the mobile service-tracking application and communicate professionally with supervisors, tenants, and vendors. Requires a valid driver's license, two years of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Valid driver's license with a corporate-insurable driving record
- Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment
- Dependable work habits and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 80 pounds
- Must be able to climb

- Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
