Job Summary
Perform general facility maintenance as delegated by the Maintenance Manager, including repairing equipment and furniture, assembling items, general landscaping, and custodial tasks like plumbing, cleaning, and painting. Maintain orderly work areas in compliance with safety requirements while checking meters and gauges to verify operation conditions. Set up furniture according to floorplans and assist with repairing electrical, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Operate manual or powered pallet jacks and forklifts as needed. Available for holidays, nights, and weekends to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 0-2 years Of related work experience
- Able to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or forklift
- Good written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull over 50lbs
- Must be available holidays, nights, and weekends
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow specific directions
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to multi-task and shift priorities
