Job Summary
Conduct production tasks for modular units and solar power conversion skids by utilizing broad construction skills for building processes, painting materials, and cutting wire to customer specifications. Transport material and equipment by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while assisting with inventory, organizing palletized cuts, and unboxing transformers and inverters. Maintain a clean and efficient workspace in the warehouse or production floor, performing other duties as assigned. Requires 1+ years of manufacturing or construction experience and proficiency with hand and power tools. Located in Shreveport.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of manufacturing or construction experience
- Highschool diploma/ GED or equivalent
- General math skills
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- All qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
