Under general supervision, the General Laborer performs safe and efficient duties in the heavy highway construction industry, including operating hand tools and equipment, moving materials, and maintaining jobsite cleanliness. The role requires adherence to safety policies, teamwork, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in adverse weather.
