Job Summary
Maintain facility grounds including mowing, trimming, and trash removal while operating hand-held manual, electrical, and gas-powered tools. Assist with waste cart distribution, safe driving practices for container transport, and general housekeeping of maintenance shops and offices. Perform minor repairs, clean and paint containers, and build erosion control measures like silt fences. Professionally interact with internal and external customers while ensuring safe equipment operation per OSHA policy. This role requires continuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and occasional overtime. Valid driver's license and mechanical aptitude are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
