General Laborer responsible for maintaining facility grounds and performing custodial tasks, operating various hand-held tools and equipment, ensuring equipment safety per OSHA, assisting with waste cart organization and routing, and performing general upkeep of facilities. The role includes light maintenance, painting containers, erosion-control installation, customer interaction, and potential on-route support. Requires ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures, lift and move lightweight to moderate loads, and adhere to safety practices. Strong mechanical aptitude, self-motivation, and clear communication are valued; English literacy is required. Pre-employment testing is required; a valid driver’s license may be needed. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milford, Ohio, with potential for overtime and weekend hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
