Job Summary
General Laborer responsible for loading/unloading, staging and moving materials, assisting with inventory, using scanning equipment and inventory software via tablet/computers, and supporting a team in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Must be able to operate material handling equipment (tuggers, forklifts, cherry pickers, stand-up reach trucks), count accurately, and be flexible to work in multiple roles, with full-time hours including extra hours and weekends. Emphasis on precision in a high-tech logistics setting and adherence to safety and process standards. Schedule: 2nd shift at Watertown, SD with on-site work; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K match, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions and work instructions.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment including tuggers, forklifts, cherry pickers, and stand-up reach trucks.
- Ability to count accurately.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have the ability to use scanning equipment and inventory software via tablet and onboard computer systems.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
