Job Summary

Conduct general housekeeping and cleaning throughout the facility, including work areas, equipment zones, and common spaces. Maintain grounds, walkways, and exterior areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Move, stage, and organize materials, parts, and supplies as directed. Assist with waste handling and disposal in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Support scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including daily, weekly, and monthly activities, performing routine lubrication, filter changes, belt inspections, and minor adjustments. Assist with equipment inspections and report abnormal conditions, leaks, unusual noises, or safety concerns immediately. Accurately complete assigned checklists, inspection forms, and maintenance records. Report completed work, observations, and any issues to the Facility Operations Technician daily, and escalate significant issues to the Branch Operations Manager as appropriate. Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and wear required PPE at all times. Participate in scheduled maintenance shutdowns, including preparation, cleaning, maintenance support, and safe return of equipment to service.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass all customer- and site-required background checks and maintain any required certifications
  • Ability to successfully complete all required site-specific safety orientation and training programs
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow written procedures, checklists, and verbal instructions
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
  • Use of abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
