Job Summary
Perform outdoor general labor tasks including debris removal, basic road/ground repairs, vegetation clearance, ditch and drainage clean-up, and assisting crew leaders while adhering to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a crew
