Job Summary
Pick up debris, maintain clean work areas, fill potholes, and assist with basic road or ground repairs. Perform hand vegetation removal including brush and overgrowth, while using hand tools and following all safety procedures. Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks in all weather conditions. This role requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are essential. Experience with outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus.
