Job Summary
General Laborer responsible for foundation repair tasks (crack injections, installing piers and anchors) and water-management work (sump pumps, GEO systems), plus site preparation duties. Daily tasks include showing up on time, working as a team to complete jobs promptly, cleaning/prepping construction sites, loading/unloading materials and equipment, digging, backfilling and installing materials, and following supervisors' instructions. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to perform physical labor in all weather, and reliability; construction experience is a bonus but not required. Monday–Friday schedule; full benefits (health/dental/vision/life), 401K, paid holidays and PTO, room for growth, and a monthly bonus system based on crew production; 90-day pay review typically followed by pay increases.

- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks

- Punctual and reliable
- Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required
