Job Summary
Pack out homeowner possessions by securely wrapping, categorizing, and loading items into trucks or trailers at job sites and storage facilities. Remove debris from personal property, perform on-location cleaning and deodorization, and document possessions with detailed notes and photos in the digital record-keeping system. Drive the company vehicle to and from sites, accurately record inventory in the online database, and operate the HiLo forklift in the storage facility. Communicate professionally with managers, teammates, and homeowners while adhering to all safety policies. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work in a high-stress environment.

- Is able to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel and crouch in order to lift items
- Has superior communication skills, able to communicate with teammates, management, and homeowners

- Be able to provide and receive feedback regarding processes
- Is willing to tackle tasks from start to finish, whether they are of different varieties or the same monotonous action for several weeks at a time
- Reports to work on time
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing
- The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move items 50 pounds
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clear driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check to perform work on insurance related claims
- Basic knowledge of smartphone/email technology
