General Laborer & Machine Op– Laser Department - Daylight Shift

Job Summary
Operate CNC laser machines and assist general production in a day shift manufacturing environment; load/unload materials, read blueprints, use hand tools and basic power equipment, assist with setup, production, and cleanup, and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized 5S workspace; perform basic quality inspections and report defects. Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed; contribute to continuous improvement in a high-precision manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Tow Motor certification through IGS (must hold a valid driver’s license)
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical/technical aptitude
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years of age or older
