Job Summary
Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors, cultivators, planters, and harvesters while performing general duties such as planting, harvesting, weeding, and livestock care. Assist with dealership tasks like loading customer equipment, pulling parts from salvage vehicles, stocking shelves, and providing customer service. Maintain a safe and clean work environment across both the farm and dealership facilities. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Prior farming or dealership experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
