Job Summary
Assists with the production line in a manufacturing facility, maintaining a clean and safe work area, feeding production line with ingredients and materials, measuring and controlling ingredient percentages, ensuring conformance to specifications, and mixing ingredients. Responsibilities also include notifying the supervisor of mechanical or ingredient issues, following instructions from supervisors, and sustaining the 5S program. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, work in a refrigerated environment, and lift heavy materials.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand for sustained periods of time, approximately 10-12 hours a day
- Able to work in refrigerated environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb to perform job functions as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to work within timelines and in pressure situations
- Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when needed
