Job Summary
General Laborer on a fiber network construction crew performing manual labor: conduit installation, pulling fiber, pulling conductor, digging with shovels, restoring work, operating vacuum excavation equipment, and assisting missile crew leads. Duties include handling heavy equipment, reading design maps (beneficial), maintaining safety per OSHA and company rules, passing pre-employment screenings, and working outdoors with potential long/unpredictable hours including weekends. Ability to lift over 70 pounds, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and communicate effectively. Experience with fiber installs preferred; valid DL/ID required; restoration experience in asphalt/concrete preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
