General Laborer Helper

General Laborer Helper focused on maintaining efficiency, quality, safety, cleanliness, and production of equipment to meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include assisting operators with folder/gluer and feed of flat cartons/boxes, making ready for next jobs, training crew members, interpreting safety rules and job jackets, monitoring production quality, locating and stacking stock as needed, performing routine cleaning and housekeeping, and following instructions with attention to detail. Must read and communicate effectively, multi-task, troubleshoot, and apply critical thinking. Employee will work in a manufacturing environment with core hours Monday-Wednesday 4:45 PM–5:00 AM and possible overtime; High Point, NC, USA. Requires High School Diploma or GED; equivalent training or experience is a plus.
