General Laborer Helper

Job Summary
Operate the folder/gluer by orienting and feeding flat cartons/boxes into the feed gate, assisting with make-ready for next jobs, and executing instructions from job jackets and safety manuals. Monitor production quality through regular inspections, locate and stack stock to support machine efficiency, and clean the work area including blowing dust, wiping machines, and sweeping. Train other crew members, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure continuous safety and improvement efforts maintain a safe environment while meeting customer requirements and efficiency goals. Full-time position with minimal schedule flexibility, Monday-Wednesday core hours 4:45PM-5:00AM, requiring availability for variations and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, communicate with others
- Ability to multi-task, trouble shoot, problem solve, and utilize critical thinking
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must agree to variation in work schedules/hours
- Must agree to all duties as assigned
- Must agree to all overtime
