Job Summary
Assemble automotive parts using hand tools and basic equipment while inspecting completed items for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety policies and procedures during production. Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned. This role requires the ability to lift heavy materials, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with overtime and weekend work depending on production needs. Pay is $15.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium for afternoon shifts, with an additional wage increase after three months.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for OT (overtime)
