General Laborer

General Laborer responsible for loading/unloading doors or raw materials, assembling, crafting, and moving doors throughout the manufacturing process. Rotates through positions to support daily operations, follows production schedules and job orders, reads schematics, adjusts equipment parameters, conducts quality checks, maintains accurate records, and supports safe, efficient production with strong teamwork and communication. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs), use hand and power tools, operate forklifts and push carts, and read measurements with basic math; HS Diploma or GED preferred and attendance commitment expected.
