Job Summary
Conduct general labor tasks including concrete cutting, joint taping, backer rodding, joint rehabilitation, and crack sealing for highways, runways, and parking lots. Lift, pull, push, and carry various materials while operating or learning to use hand and power tools. Adhere to safety standards per company policies and OSHA guidelines, remaining willing to work in diverse weather conditions and varied shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Travel for extended periods as needed. Maintain a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug screens and background checks. Join the Virginia Beach Saw/Seal Division of Swank Construction Company, LLC.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including MVR
- Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Willingness to travel for extended periods of time
