Job Summary
General Laborers work in various areas and perform a variety of jobs and tasks required to maintain smooth operation and to assist when specific needs arise. Follow safe work practices and SOPs, attend and participate in all training activities, and apply acquired skills. Must be a team player and help meet operational goals. Assist the Wet End Team with each product line, the Distribution Team with palletizing, and participate in shut downs, start ups, and cleaning tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must have an acceptable safety record
- Must have an acceptable attendance record
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
