Job Summary
Assist with string line, laser, pile shakeout, pile installation, pile remediation, tracker shakeout, slew gear installation, torque tube installation, drive line installation, motor installation, huck & BOM, MIB, damper, module staging, module installation, tracker QA/QC, and module QA/QC. Lift 50+ pounds and conduct repetitive actions including stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching while standing or walking for extended periods. Follow precise instructions and receive feedback while working outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold. Work among colleagues, supervisors, and in environments with loud noises, dust, debris, and construction hazards. Promote to General Labor II after 60 days of Labor I experience meeting leadership expectations in safety, quality, attendance, and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- Eligible to promote to General Labor II after 60 days of Labor I experience AND meets leadership expectations in safety, quality of work, attendance and punctuality, productivity, and positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
- GED or equivalent education preferred
