Job Summary
Conduct string line, laser, and pile installation tasks including shakeout, remediation, and torque tube work. Install slew gears, drive lines, motors, and modules while managing huck & BOM, MIB, damper, and tracker QA/QC processes. Perform module staging and SPC controller operations with precision instruction following. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold, while managing exposure to loud noises, dust, and debris. Lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive actions such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Stand or walk for extended periods while collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
Required Qualifications

- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- Eligible to promote to General Labor II after 60 days of Labor I experience AND meets leadership expectations in safety, quality of work, attendance and punctuality, productivity, and positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
- GED or equivalent education preferred
