Job Summary
Assist with string line, laser, and pile installation tasks including shakeout, remediation, and torque tube work. Install trackers, slew gears, drive lines, motors, and modules while performing QA/QC checks on trackers and modules. Manage huck and BOM operations and support damper assembly. Lift 50+ pounds and execute repetitive actions such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching while standing or walking for extended periods. Follow precise instructions and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors in outdoor conditions involving rain, snow, heat, cold, loud noises, dust, and debris.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc
- This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
- GED or equivalent education preferred
