Job Summary
Perform all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements while meeting production standards within the required time. Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaces. Report all production waste to the Production Lead or Supervisor and notify them immediately when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. Follow all company policies and procedures, including troubleshooting problems and reporting issues. Work well in a team environment on a normal 8-12 hour shift, utilizing hands, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 35 lbs to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
- Must work well in team environment
- Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
- Ability to lift to 35lbs
