Job Summary
Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision, follow all safety protocols, and maintain a clean, orderly work environment. Operate equipment when directed and ensure finished products meet quality standards. Be ready and able to move 40+lbs multiple times per day, climb multiple stairs throughout the shift, and work outdoors or in open air environments. Read and understand work orders and complex instructions while utilizing familiarity with hand and power tools. This role contributes to America's essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges, and stormwater management within a team environment at our Winchester, KY plant.
