Job Summary
Setup and teardown equipment and systems for assigned job operations, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites. Move and maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses, and other equipment while performing minor repairs and preventive maintenance on assigned vehicles or equipment as directed. Clean, organize, and maintain jobsites, yards, and shop areas as required, and complete all necessary paperwork per company procedure. Adhere to applicable environmental, health, and safety standards and ensure The Mersino Way guides daily activities. Work long hours in extreme weather with intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting heavy or awkward material.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver's license / CDL-A
- Ability to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card
- Ability to work long hours in extreme weather
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to multi-task in a changing environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward
