Job Summary
Clean, assemble, and prepare steel molds for concrete production by applying release agents and configuring molds according to specifications. Place and consolidate concrete using vibrators, then assist with finishing, curing, and product preparation processes. Inspect molds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met while maintaining clean, organized work areas. Read production schedules, drawings, and work instructions to meet daily production goals. Collaborate with team members, handle materials, and operate equipment as needed. Work extended periods standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Ability to work overtime when production demands require
