Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods
- Ability to stand on concrete for up to a 12-hour shift
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs or heavier with assistance
- Ability to work in cold environments (approximately 20-40 degrees) and in warm areas (>100 degrees)
- Ability to work around animal blood and/or carcass parts
- Ability to operate knives and other production equipment (if trained)
- Willingness to work overtime if production demands require
