General Laborer - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
General Laborer on 2nd shift is responsible for loading/unloading doors and materials, assembling and moving doors through the manufacturing process, and rotating positions to support daily operations. Responsibilities include following production schedules and schematics, adjusting equipment parameters as needed, gathering materials, performing quality checks, ensuring safety and productive product flow, and maintaining housekeeping. Skills include use of hand and power tools, operating fork trucks/push carts, reading order specifications, measuring with calipers, basic math, data entry, and strong teamwork and attendance. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs and occasionally 100lbs, with ability to read and follow work instructions and maintain safety standards; HS Diploma or GED preferred, and one year manufacturing experience is preferred.1
Required Qualifications
- Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
