Job Summary
Coordinate daily truck team routes from the central office to visit customer properties and remove unwanted items. Dispose of collected items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste management facilities while maintaining a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Operate vehicles with a valid driver's license, adhering to safety protocols for a 7-day-a-week schedule with shifts typically lasting 8–12 hours. Starting pay is $18/hour plus tips and performance bonuses, with requirements including a clean driving record and ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age for driving positions
- A valid driver's license (Full G License or better)
- A safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- A positive, friendly attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
- Must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week
- Shift start times can vary between 7:30 am to 11 am
- Shifts are typically 8-12hrs
- We operate 7-days a week with various shifts and days available
