Job Summary
General Labor at UFP Industries responsible for safely handling lumber products, verifying material meets customer requirements and company expectations. Responsibilities include moving and securing lumber and materials, stacking finished products, labeling by type/size/count, applying tags, using a staple gun, banding and securing material, following stacking and labeling procedures, maintaining accurate inventory, recording production on sheets, keeping the work area clean and organized, assisting with other areas by moving/loading/unloading carts, participating in safety/CI programs, and performing other duties as required. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma/GED (preferred but not required), basic math skills, and being at least 18 years old.
