Job Summary
General Labor role handling lumber products including moving, stacking, labeling, tagging, and securing materials; verify material meets customer requirements; operate a staple gun; band and secure bundles; ensure correct quantities and labeling before leaving the area; maintain inventory and clean, organized work area; participate in safety and continuous-improvement programs; assist with other areas by moving/loading materials; record production on sheets and report discrepancies to supervisor. Emphasis on following company policies and customer requirements; strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- No minimum experience is required, but manufacturing or lumber experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of basic math preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
