Job Summary
General Laborer at Trenton Processing: assist in processing and packaging to meet production targets, operate machinery safely and efficiently, maintain a clean and organized work area, follow safety protocols, collaborate with team to reach daily production goals, conduct quality checks for product standards, report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors, and participate in training opportunities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods, strong attention to detail, teamwork and communication skills, and willingness to work flexible hours with overtime; basic mechanical aptitude and basic math skills are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Basic mechanical aptitude is advantageous
- Basic Math skills required
