Job Summary
Review the daily schedule and ensure all materials are available and ready for use to support production flow. Clean and prepare used tooling, operate hand tools and machine shop equipment like saws and sandblasters, and input test results and billing system information. Provide input to help solve manufacturing problems or issues relating to setup while maintaining safety guidelines. This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to stand and lift for extended periods. Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug screen. Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Capable of following tasks and instruction sheets, working with little to no supervision, multitasking, and focusing on details
- Collaborative, works well with others, exhibits teamwork
- Possess necessary mechanical skills and understanding of how to use tools
- Able to stand, walk, and repeatedly lift for extended periods
- Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Successfully pass the required pre-employment background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, automobile maintenance, and home repairs
