Job Summary
General Laborer and Warehouse Worker opportunities in the Wilmington, NC area. Roles may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire. Responsibilities include loading/unloading and staging materials, assisting with receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing inventory, picking/packing orders, maintaining a clean and safe work area, operating basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts), performing basic quality checks, and working with a team to meet productivity goals. Training provided for equipment use; candidates should be able to lift 25-75 lbs, wear steel-toed boots, and adapt to various environments. Positions offer weekly pay and potential future placement across multiple clients.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in any environment: non-climate-controlled, climate-controlled, or outdoors
- Must be physically able to move, lift (25-75 lbs), push, pull, bend, twist, climb, reach, stand for long hours
- Steel-toed boots are required
- Ability to work safely and effectively as a team member
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Entry-level experience acceptable, but willingness to learn is essential
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or machinery is a plus
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing to work any shift
