Job Summary
General Laborer and Warehouse Worker needed in the Columbia area. Typical duties include loading/unloading, stocking and organizing inventory, picking/packing orders, preparing shipments, maintaining a clean and safe work area, operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts), performing basic quality checks, and collaborating with team members to meet productivity goals. Roles may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire across multiple client sites. Training provided for equipment usage and safety procedures. Must be at least 18, able to work various shifts, and capable of lifting 25-75 lbs. Health, vision, dental, STD, and life benefits available; weekly pay offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in any environment (indoor/outdoor)
- Physically able to move, lift 25-75 lbs, push, pull, bend, twist, stand for long hours
- Steel-toed boots required
- Ability to work safely and effectively as a team member
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Entry-level experience acceptable
- Experience with hand tools/power tools/machinery is a plus
