Job Summary
Perform a variety of general labor and warehouse tasks to support daily operations, including loading/unloading, stocking and distributing inventory, picking/packing orders, quality checks, and operating basic warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, safe workspace in line with company guidelines and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with teammates to meet productivity goals across multiple client opportunities; positions may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled, climate-controlled, or outdoor environments
- Physically able to move, lift (25-75 lbs), push, pull, bend, twist, climb, reach, and stand for long hours
- Steel-toed boots are required
- Ability to work safely and effectively as a team member
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Entry-level Experience is acceptable, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Willingness to work any shift
