Job Summary
Overnight on retail, commercial, and facility improvement projects, performing assembly, installation, setup, teardown, stocking, and material movement. Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment while using basic hand tools safely. Maintain clean, work areas and follow project instructions within a team environment. Tasks include physically demanding activities like lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Shifts run 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Candidates must live within 45 miles of Tappahannock, VA, have reliable transportation, and hold a valid driver's license. Steel-toed footwear is required on job sites. This role supports SPAR's national retail store setups and full store remodels.
