Job Summary
Conduct overnight assembly, installation, setup, teardown, stocking, and material movement on retail and commercial projects. Load, unload, organize, and transport equipment while using basic hand tools safely. Maintain clean work areas and follow project instructions while lifting up to 50 pounds. Perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods and working in a team environment. Work shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Sunday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Must live within 45 miles of Austin, MN
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Personal cell phone and valid email address required
- Steel-toed footwear required on job sites
- Ability to stand for shifts of 8+ hours
- Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
