Job Summary
General Labor (Shop Hand) role supporting metal fabrication team; assists fabricators with material handling, surface preparation, sanding, grinding, painting metal stocks, organizes and stocks materials, operates basic hand tools, maintains shop cleanliness, and aids with loading/transporting stock and work-in-process materials. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic tool knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to learn; prior fabrication/construction experience preferred. Required Qualifications
