Respond promptly to emergency situations involving water and fire damage, evaluating and performing restoration activities such as water extraction, fire damage mitigation, equipment setup, and demolition. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies, while effectively communicating safety hazards and job site findings to supervisors. Perform restoration and cleanup tasks including drying and site clean-up, and maintain open communication with clients to address concerns and explain the restoration process. This role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work occasional on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Previous experience in restoration or construction is preferred, with IICRC certification a plus.
