General Labor - SEASONAL - Apricots Day Shift - Selah

Seasonal general labor role supporting Monson Fruit’s packing and warehouse operations. Performs sorting, packing, bagging, box making, segregating, palletizing, and end-of-shift cleanup to maintain production flow and product quality. Responsibilities include removing cull product from water bath and conveyors, sorting on conveyor lines, operating automatic bagging stations (bags weigh 3–8 pounds), arranging product into trays and boxes, loading boxes onto conveyors, handling pallets, reading box stamps for proper segregation, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work up to ten hours per shift, four days per week, and work in a fast-paced, team-based environment; prior warehouse or agricultural packing experience is preferred but not required.
