Job Summary
Work in a production environment following safety procedures and quality processes to achieve targeted build rates. Responsibilities include ensuring products are built to spec, maintaining high productivity for on-time delivery, maintaining plant housekeeping, collaborating as part of a team, and performing tasks such as assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes. Preferred candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year manufacturing/production experience, with strong communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand 8-10 hours, and work in a loud manufacturing environment with PPE and exposure to fumes. Welch Packaging is an equal opportunity employer.
